I recently watched and reviewed the pilot for the Zombieland TV Series over at GeekDip.com. This is just one of the pilots ordered by Amazon in their campaign to start created original content for their Amazon Instant Video streaming service. I wrote up a review for the season 3 finale of Showtime’s Shameless. It has become my favorite show on Showtime. It’s a slightly above Dexter. Check out my review as it has left a ton of questions which I hope are answered when it returns for its 4th season in 2014. Check it out here.

Boardwalk Empire has everything I enjoy about TV. Awesome stories, awesome characters, booze and buckets and buckets full of “Oh Shit” moments. Needless to say I’ve been waiting for the premiere of season 2.
The trailers they have been playing on HBO between their other shows and movies have all been intense. It would seem Nucky loses control over a lot of what’s going down in and out of Atlantic City and Jimmy is steppin’ up in a big way. Read more »

The wife and I have been enjoying True Blood since it first started on HBO. In the middle of the first season, my wife started purchasing the books and comparing the two mediums (tee-hee! Mediums…season 4…get it?). That’s being said, below are on my thoughts on the season and the finale.
When the season start, my expectations were low as the first three seasons were very entertaining. Once I heard Witches were involved, I grew skeptical. The season started off in Fairy (or Fae) land for a whole 10 minutes, then Sookie finds her way back to the real world…a year later. In that time, Jason becomes a cop, Tara turns dyke and moves to New Orleans, Eric buys Sookie’s house and Bill becomes King of Louisiana. Sookie comes back in the midst of all that shit.
